Stephen has over thirty-five years' experience in senior positions as a regulator, in operational and consultant roles in major hazard and energy industries, with vast experience in establishing and implementing management systems including key performance indicators and auditing of major hazard industries. Stephen has also had a 22-year parallel academic career in HSE and Energy. Stephen authored the revision of the Energy Institutes Process Safety Management Framework and developed the associated KPI’s and audit tools with Ian who can provide a unique insight to how organisations can verify their risk management systems to ensure that their operations are safe, compliant, protect the environment and meet their fiscal targets.
